1. We believe in one true and living God and Godhead-the Father, the Son, and the Holy Ghost; and yet there are not three Gods, but one God. John 1:14, John 10:30, 1 John 5:7
2. We believe that the scriptures of the Old and New Testaments are the Word of God and are the only rule of faith and practice. II Timothy 3:16, II Peter 1:19-21
3. We believe in the fall of Adam and the imputation of sin to his posterity, in the corruption of human nature, and the Impotency of man to recover himself by his own will and ability. Psalms 51:5, Romans 5:12, 18, 19, Ephesians 2:3
4. We believe in the everlasting love of God for His people and the eternal election of a definite number of the human race to grace and glory; and there was a covenant of grace of redemption between the Father and Son before the world began, in which their salvation is secure, and that they in particular are redeemed. II Samuel 23:5, Jeremiah 31:3, John 18:9, Ephesians 1:4, Hebrews 13:20, I Peter 1:18, Revelation 5:9
5. We believe that sinners are justified in the sight of God only by the righteousness of Christ imputed to them. Romans 3:20, Romans 5:9, Romans 8:30, Galatians 3:11
6. We believe all those who were chosen in Christ will be effectually called, regenerated, sanctified and supported by the Spirit and the power of God, so that they will be preserved in Grace and not one of them be finally lost. John 10:27-29, Ephesians 1:4, II Timothy 1:9, I John 3:9
7. We believe that good works are fruits of faith and follow after justification, and they only justify us in the sight of men and angels and are evidences of our gracious state. Galatians 5:22-23, Ephesians 2:8-10, James 2:18
8. We believe that the Church of Christ is a local body of professing and baptized believers who have, upon public confession of their faith in Christ, gained Christian Fellowship with each other and have given themselves up to the lord, agreeable to the rules of the gospel and is the highest and only ecclesiastical authority known to the Word of God. Matthew 16:18-19, Ephesians 1:22, Ephesians 2:19-22
9. We believe that Jesus Christ is the great Head of the Church, and her only lawgiver, and that the government and administration of the ordinances is with the church herself, and is the privilege of each member; that the discipline cannot be legally extended beyond her own Scriptural jurisdiction, and is intended for the reclamation or exclusion of those members who may become disorderly, either in principle or practice, and must be faithfully kept up for God's glory and the peace and fellowship of the Churches. Matthew 17:17-18, I Corinthians 5:11-13, Colossians 1:19-22
10. We believe that there will be a resurrection of the dead, a general judgment , and that the happiness of the righteous and the punishment of the wicked will be eternal. Matthew 25:46, John 5:28-29, Acts 17:31, II Thessalonians 1:9
11. We believe that baptism and the Lord's Supper and washing of the saints' feet are ordinances of Jesus Christ, and that true believers are the only subjects of these ordinances, and that the only true mode of baptism is immersion. Matthew 3:16, Mark 1:5-10, John 13:4-5, Romans 15:4, I Corinthians 11:25-29
12. We believe that no minister has the right to the administration of the ordinances only such as are regularly called and come under the imposition of the hands of the presbytery. John 3:27, Acts 8:17, I Corinthians 4:7, I Timothy 4:14, Hebrews 5:4, Hebrews 6:2
